Exchanges
Eligible unworn items may be requested for exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items should be unused, unwashed, unaltered and returned with original tags and packaging. Sale items, customised items and opened fabric packs may have different conditions.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your parcel arrives with an incorrect or damaged item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so the team can review the issue.
